Refund policy

All merchandise returned for a refund must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued on items returned (with receipt) within 21 Days from date of purchase for merchandise that is in salable condition with all original packaging. If the return exceeds $50, our office will need to issue the refund in the form of a mailed check. Refunds for merchandise purchased by check require a ten (10) day waiting period. All returns after 21 days of purchase, if approved, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the refund will be issued in the form of store credit via a WLFS gift card. No refunds or exchanges can be given for special orders , damaged goods, clearance items or any cut-to-order goods (i.e. - rope, chain, burlap, etc.)
